Festus and the Stranger

There is a stranger in the corral at Folsom Falls Ranch and he has the ranch brand on him. He is not a longhorn and is definitely different. Ralph the bull wants to beat him up, and the Boss has threatened Ralph with a career change to baloney if he doesn't behave. Festus has to find a way to save Ralph from himself and for the herd to accept the stranger. A missing calf provides an opportunity for the herd to work together and the stranger to do his part and become accepted. This is our second chapter book in the Festus series.

Festus is still solving everyday life problems with his loyal herd of friends.
